Villa Chiaramonte is a luxury residence nestled in the countryside of Modica, in southeastern Sicily, created from the restoration of an early 20th-century farmhouse. The property has retained the architectural features of traditional Sicilian rural houses, integrating them with modern comforts. The centerpiece of the villa is the large baglio (courtyard) of approximately 1,500 m², which opens onto a courtyard paved with Modica stone. The baglio overlooks a large portico equipped with an industrial kitchen, dining table, wood-burning oven, and barbecue, which can be used as an open or closed space thanks to electric shutters. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a large private swimming pool (9 × 19 m), equipped with a solarium area, lounge, showers, and changing rooms, immersed in greenery among palm trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. The pool is also accessible to people with disabilities thanks to a dedicated slide. The outdoor areas also include a large stone barbecue area with seating for up to 50 people, a games area with table tennis and table football, a working historic cistern, and a multifunctional dance floor of approximately 250 m².
