Overlooking Fornillo and Positano’s distinctive skyline, Villa Paone brings together Mediterranean character, generous outdoor living and the privacy of a home arranged for twelve guests. Presented by Camisa Homes & Villas, this residence unfolds across three levels, with hand-finished ceramic details, elegant arches and light interiors reflecting the colours of the Amalfi Coast. A private lemon grove and sea views lend the setting an unmistakable sense of place.
Six bedrooms are served by five bathrooms, with layouts suited to families and friends travelling together. Every bedroom has air conditioning and a Smart TV with Sky and streaming apps, and all can be arranged with twin beds on request. Bathrooms provide hairdryers and toiletries.
On the entrance level, the principal bedroom features a king bed measuring 200 × 200 centimetres, a private bathroom with a spacious shower, and its own terrace overlooking the sea. This combination of generous sleeping space and private outdoor access creates an appealing retreat within the villa.
The first floor, reached by twenty-five steps, contains three bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed or twin beds, a private shower room and a balcony with sea views. It provides a comfortable arrangement for a couple seeking their own bathroom and outdoor space.
The second bedroom on this level also offers a queen bed or twins and a balcony overlooking the sea. It shares a shower room with the third bedroom, making the pair a practical option for a family or guests comfortable sharing facilities.
The third first floor bedroom can likewise be arranged with a queen bed or twin beds. Skylights bring natural light into the room, giving it a different character from the balcony bedrooms. Its shared shower room serves only these two bedrooms.
On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed or twins, direct access to the garden and a private shower room. Its connection with the outdoors suits guests who enjoy stepping straight into the garden at the beginning of the day.
The sixth bedroom also occupies the lower level, with a queen bed or twins and direct garden access. Its dedicated private shower room is located immediately across the corridor, rather than within the bedroom itself. This distinction allows guests to choose their preferred arrangement when allocating rooms.
The lower level brings everyone together in a spacious lounge, where white furnishings, colour accents and arched architectural details create an inviting Mediterranean atmosphere. The kitchen features a central island with bar seating and decorative ceramic tiles. An arched opening leads into the dining area, while the adjoining terrace provides another setting for leisurely meals. A dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ice maker, safe and Wi-Fi support everyday comfort.
Outside, a shaded pergola, comfortable seating and a large dining table overlook the coastline. The private saltwater infinity pool measures 4 by 8.5 metres, with a depth of 1.2 metres, and frames views towards Fornillo and Positano. The pool is covered and heated from October to March, with water temperatures up to approximately 27–29°C. Heating from April to September is available at an additional charge.
Cars can reach the entrance gate, followed by approximately sixty steps to the residence. Positano’s boutiques, restaurants and beach are reached via the town’s characteristic stepped lanes. Given this setting, the villa is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
Included services comprise utilities, final cleaning, four hours of daily housekeeping, daily bathroom towel changes and bed linen changes on alternate days. Guests also benefit from local concierge assistance, twenty-four-hour telephone reception, indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, garden and pool maintenance, arrival and departure porterage, and a cot and highchair.

Menus, itineraries and wellness experiences are arranged around your preferences, with additional services and food and beverage costs quoted separately. Extras are settled locally before departure unless otherwise agreed.
Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, with check-out by 10:00. The villa is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. A €1,000 damage guarantee applies. Tourist tax, where due, is listed at €2.50 per person per day, with children under ten exempt. Applicable charges are confirmed with the booking.
