Villa Maestosa is a fully restored 19th-century historic residence located directly on the shores of Lake Como, in the village of Laglio, between Cernobbio and Tremezzo. Its location is one of its strong points: direct lake views, a private pier with a dock for mooring boats, and amenities within walking distance, in an elegant but not isolated setting. The property is spread over four levels connected by internal staircases and can accommodate up to 8 people. The interiors, renovated in a contemporary style, are bright, well-kept, and functional, with large windows that enhance the view of the lake. The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, distributed over the upper floors, ensuring privacy and comfort for families or groups of friends. Outside, a private garden of approximately 1,000 m² slopes down to the lake via a scenic stone staircase. The greenery is enriched by centuries-old plants, a well-kept lawn, and an ornamental pond. The irregularly shaped infinity pool is equipped with a whirlpool and internal seating and is furnished with sun loungers, armchairs, a dining area, and a barbecue area. The pool is open from April to the end of October and can be heated on request. A panoramic terrace on the ground floor completes the outdoor spaces, ideal for lunches and moments of relaxation with an open view of the lake. The villa also offers a particularly complete lake experience thanks to the availability of two kayaks and a private motorboat with crew, allowing guests to explore Lake Como directly from the water.
