Villa

Villa Trepida, located in the Sicilian countryside near Trapani, is an authentic 19th-century baglio (farmhouse) that has been elegantly renovated, where tradition and modernity coexist harmoniously. The villa offers a unique experience of relaxation surrounded by nature, with the scent of jasmine, large outdoor spaces, and panoramic views of the countryside and surrounding mountains, just 7 km from the beaches of Cornino and Scopello. The property accommodates up to 8 people in 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and access to exclusive terraces or gardens. Two of the bedrooms can accommodate an additional single bed. The interiors combine classic elements, such as exposed beams and stone walls, with contemporary details, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor, two large living rooms with TVs and a fully equipped professional kitchen offer functional and convivial spaces, while the first floor has a double bedroom with two private roof terraces. The exteriors are a true paradise: front garden with pergola, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and hot tub area. The panoramic infinity saltwater pool and solarium, along with the two roof terraces, offer spectacular views of the Sicilian countryside. The villa is completely fenced, ensuring total privacy, and has an outdoor bar with draft beer, parking for four cars, and a private vegetable garden. Villa Trepida combines modern comforts and discreet luxury, including fiber optic Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Sky Q, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and a chromotherapy system in the hot tub. The service includes daily cleaning, linen change, gardening, and pool maintenance, as well as a welcome dinner. Private chefs, cooking classes, or food and wine pairings are available upon request directly at the villa.
