Amazing front sea modern villa w/pool. This pet-friendly vacation rental in Scicli can comfortably sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa has a full kitchen, swimming pool, television, internet, and a bbq grill outside. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs and bicycles are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 7 nights at this property, and guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 10:30 am and must check-out by 3:30 pm.

With direct and exclusive access to a quiet and still little-known golden sandy beach, Villa la Memoria dell'Acqua is surrounded by a large orchard, Mediterranean vegetation and an ancient vineyard.
You will stay in an oasis of peace in front of the sea.
Villa La Memoria, the result of a very recent renovation, is ideal for groups of up to 12 people, friends and families with or without children.

The property is divided into a main house, where you will find three large bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, two bathrooms with shower and a cosy kitchen. From here, through the glazed living room, overlooking the pool, you reach the two dependences with independent access with en-suite bathroom and for three people each and finally, attached to the dependences, the second kitchen, fully equipped. At the edge of the pool we have created an additional outdoor dining area for relaxing and enjoyable convivial moments. Behind you is the barbecue for excellent grilling of meat or fish, perhaps caught by you.

The surrounding garden is about 6500 square meters and is equipped with a play area for children, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi 1.6 m deep, a solarium area with sun loungers, a small pond with a fountain and a row of palm trees that mark the path leading to the sea. Parking space for 4 cars inside the property.
Pets are allowed (euro 50/pet/week).
Unless otherwise agreed for specific bookings, the minimum bookable stay is 7 nights and the check-in and check-out of guests will take place as follows:
Check-in: Sunday from 4pm to 8pm
Check-out: Sunday from 8:00 to 10:00 am
