Villa Del Mare is located in the centre of Donnalucata, 100 metres from the sea and is surrounded by an exclusive shady garden of 3500 square metres.
The main body of the Villa, on three levels, houses four bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, two double with ensuite bathroom on the first floor and a twin on the second floor, a comfortable living area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a large hallway on the ground floor. Next to the main building, overlooking the large garden, the villa has two more elegant rooms, one double and one triple, each with ensuite bathroom and independent of each other. Last but not least, the second kitchen, serving the garden and usable also in winter.
Balconies and verandas overlook the various corners of the garden: the play area, the pond, the gazebos furnished with special tables and chairs, the citrus grove, the rocky corner, the lavender corner, the BBQ area, a bathroom/shower/laundry room near the play area and the magnificent swimming pool area with Jacuzzi. Free public parking in front of the entrance and along Via Regina Margherita.
Furnished in a classical style, with modern touches, the entire villa houses unique pieces of ancient Sicilian history: vases, paintings, collections, small mosaics, volumes...all to be discovered and appreciated.
Just a few metres from the Villa, you will find a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, a butcher's shop, a chemist's, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and everything else you need to make your holiday peaceful.
Scicli, as well as the other famous Sicilian Baroque towns of Modica and Ragusa, are between 5 and 30 minutes away by car.
Villa La Forma Del Mare is equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, central heating, bbq, outdoor shower, free unlimited wi-fi, mosquito nets, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and any other useful appliance for a peaceful holiday.
It comfortably accommodates 13 people with the possibility of adding another 2 beds and 2 camping cots.
