Having the privilege of a seaside location with easy access to the beach is always a very rare feature. When we add the proximity to a town like Santa Eulalia, with its variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, we find ourselves in an almost perfect situation for the delightful Papaya.

The compact size of the outdoor area has been utilized perfectly to ensure every comfort for guests. The "L"-shaped pool is undoubtedly the main attraction, with comfortable loungers and the dining area covered by large umbrellas, perfectly tucked away nearby. The spacious balcony on the upper level of the house is decidedly the most picturesque corner to relax with a drink while admiring the turquoise shades of the sea.

Internally, Papaya highlights a vibrant and modern style. The five bedrooms are similar in size and amenities, but with small customizations in colors and furnishings that set them apart from each other. The living room with an attached kitchen is a particularly enjoyable and bright space, thanks to the direct connection to the outdoors facilitated by large sliding glass doors.
