Villa Collemare

Die Villa Collemare ist eine luxuriöse Villa auf der Insel Capri im Gebiet von Anacapri, an der Straße, die zur berühmten Grotta Azzurra führt. Dieses prestigeträchtige Anwesen bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick und den schönsten Sonnenuntergang der ganzen Insel.

Die Villa ist von einem wunderschönen Garten von etwa 5000 Quadratmetern umgeben, der sich über verschiedene Ebenen erstreckt und von majestätischen Palmen, Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen geprägt ist.

Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein sechseckiger Swimmingpool, der von einer großen Liegewiese mit bequemen Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen umgeben ist. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche aus Stein und ein geräumiges Innenbad.

Neben dem Pool befindet sich eine herrliche Terrasse, die von einer Bougainvillea-Pergola überdacht ist und sich perfekt zum Entspannen und für Mahlzeiten im Freien eignet. Abends kann der Raum mit Kerzen beleuchtet werden, wodurch eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre entsteht.

Angrenzend an die Terrasse befindet sich eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeebereich, Speisekammer und einem authentischen Holzofen, der von alten neapolitanischen Bäckern gebaut wurde und auf Wunsch echte neapolitanische Pizza backen kann.

Die Villa „La Canostra“ verfügt über 8 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Zwei dieser Zimmer befinden sich auf einer leicht zugänglichen, barrierefreien Etage. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Doppelbetten, während drei Zimmer die Möglichkeit bieten, ein drittes Bett hinzuzufügen, und ein Zimmer ist ein Vierbettzimmer. Die Zimmer bieten einen Panoramablick und verfügen über Badezimmer mit Dusche, WLAN, Klimaanlage und Moskitonetze. Einige Zimmer bieten einen Blick auf eine gemeinsame Dachterrasse, die als Solarium mit Sonnenliegen und Liegestühlen genutzt wird.

Die Villa verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer von etwa 300 Quadratmetern, das einen Entspannungsbereich, einen TV-Bereich, einen großen Kamin, einen Arbeitsbereich und 3 Gästebäder umfasst. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Waschraum mit Trockner sowie eine kleine, separate Terrasse.

Das Anwesen verfügt über 3 Einfahrten mit großen automatischen Toren, die das Parken von bis zu 5 Autos ermöglichen.

Innenbeschreibung

The property is distinguished by the use of fine local materials such as Orosei marble for the flooring throughout the house, granite for some details of the façade, and juniper wood.

Divided on two levels, it consists of five suites with bathrooms, a large living area with fireplace and dining area connected by retractable doors to a large covered veranda where an outdoor dining area and a living area have been elegantly furnished, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area for servants consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room with provision for a kitchenette, a wine cellar, a large living area in the anteroom of the guest area, a fitness area lit by a panoramic window with a sea view and a Turkish bath, a sauna, a whirlpool bath for three people, a relaxation area, and a bathroom.

In the garden of the villa there is an infinity pool, equipped with a saline system, Ph control, water heating, counter-current swimming and hydromassage.

The villa is furnished with high-quality furniture on the upper floor. The villa is equipped with the latest electrical and telephone systems, security system with CCTV, TV in all rooms, air conditioning, gas heating and heat pumps.

The entrance of the main house takes one into the indoor dining area, whose wood-covered walls and white-painted vaulted ceilings give one the slight sensation of having boarded a luxurious boat. This feeling is confirmed as one heads into the long well-equipped kitchen with its banks of windows, high ceilings and large range cooker.

The dining room also flows into the voluminous living area, which has two separate sitting areas, one gathered round a fireplace, the other a built-in sofa following the contour of one of the room's corners. Numerous windows bring in the light and the sea views, white-painted brick walls give way to an impressive wood-beamed ceiling, and doors lead out on to the wrap-around, shady decked terrace.

Off the left of the living room is a small bedroom with bunk beds, en-suite shower room and access to the surrounding terrace. Next to this bedroom, a spiral staircase takes one down to the lower floor, which is home to the main sleeping quarters of the main house:

• a large double with a unique en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower;
• a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room;
• another bunk-bed room also with en-suite shower room.

The fifth bedroom of the main house, a double with a small en-suite shower room, is accessed externally from the lower floor terrace.

The guesthouse, is the smaller of the two guesthouses. It is situated about 20m from the main house and comprises a bright double bedroom, en-suite shower room and a terrace with spectacular sea views.

The Studio, the second guesthouse, boasts a voluminous double bedroom with curvaceous free-standing bath and a sitting area, and an en-suite shower room. It too has its own tranquil terrace looking out to the property's luxuriant gardens.

Running round three sides of the main house is a decked terrace furnished for dining and relaxing. Steps lead down from here to a circular, fabulously panoramic terrace, which will possibly become your spot of choice for aperitifs and long dinners under the stars. On the fourth side of the main house is a vine-shaded al fresco dining area served by a wood-fired oven.

Most of the bedrooms in the main house have their own independent access to the gardens and it is from the viewing point near the master bedroom that one may begin one's descent to the beautiful sandy-shingle beach and transparent waters below the house.
