Summer Breeze is an excellent Ibiza villa option for a family or group of friends, in a privileged location, offering flexibility as bedrooms can generally be set up as twin or double rooms (all en-suite) and an excellent pool set-up.

The villa is positioned in a quiet & rural spot in the mid-south to south-west of the island, surrounded by bucolic scenery and a tranquil feel. Yet some of Ibiza's best beaches are within a short drive, Cala Bassa with its great beach and restaurants being only 5 minutes away with the centre of Sant Josep only around 15 minutes by car.

The outdoor areas offer a large private pool (16 x 10 mt) flanked by an excellent terrace with plenty of day beds to relax in and soak up the renowned Ibizan sunshine. A great shaded outdoor dining area and BBQ are also provided, and with lovely countryside views from the 3,600m2 plot of land. The well-appointed shaded chill out area is enclosed by rustic stone walls and lovely gardens providing a group with plenty of options as well as table-tennis and table-football for some competitive edge to the holiday.

The interior is cool, refreshing and welcoming, with white walls and a lovely use of soft woods. with a modern catering kitchen, several lounge areas and the option of indoor dining. Bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and are complete with air-conditioning and with the option of being double or twin set up.
