The centrepiece is the saltwater swimming pool (approximately 75 square metres) with a depth of up to 1.40 metres and a gently sloping “coastal area” for those who want to walk slowly into the water or let their children play safely. In addition, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet make sunny days even more enjoyable. Under the stone rotunda – a pavilion with perfect geometry – there is a large table for 14 people, which can be extended to 17: here you can dine in the open air, with a wood-burning stove and a barbecue ready to spread the scent of straw and rosemary. A wireless sound system provides discreet background music between the linen cushions and sun loungers by the pool, while lanterns cast golden trails in the dark. Paddle tennis court (for exclusive use). Enthusiasts will find a real bonus here: the paddle court is available for the exclusive use of the property.
